However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will issue a FREE replacement. All tops are carefully quality-checked before being sent out.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the issue must be reported within this 7-day window and the item may need to be returned to us for inspection.
