Wyld Things - Influencer Collaboration Terms and Conditions

 By accepting gifted items from Wyld Things, you (“the Influencer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your collaboration with Wyld Things. Please read this document carefully before proceeding with your order. By ordering gifted items, you confirm that you agree to these terms. 

  1. Collaboration Overview

 The Influencer agrees to promote Wyld Things on their social media platforms or other content channels as outlined in the collaboration agreement. This may include, but is not limited to, posts, stories, reels, videos, and other forms of digital content creation.

  1. Content Requirements

 The content to be created by the Influencer will feature Wyld Things products in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • At least 1 or the agreed amount of main feed posts/stories (or any other agreed format) featuring the gifted product(s).
  • Tagging Wyld Things’ official account (@wyldthings_) in each post.
  • Content must be shared within 21 days of receiving the gifted items.
  • Content should be high-quality, authentic, and aligned with Wyld Things’ brand values and aesthetics.
  1. Rights to Content

 By collaborating with Wyld Things and posting content featuring Wyld Things products, the Influencer grants the Brand non-exclusive, royalty-free rights to reuse, share, and repurpose the content across any of the Brand’s marketing channels, including but not limited to: 

  • Social media platforms
  • Website
  • Email newsletters
  • Paid advertisements

 This usage right includes the ability to edit, repost, or modify the content as needed while crediting the Influencer where applicable. 

  1. Gifting Terms

 Wyld Things will provide gifted products free of charge for the purpose of content creation. The gifted items will remain the property of the Brand until the Influencer has fulfilled their promotional obligations. The Influencer agrees that receiving gifted items constitutes a commitment to completing the agreed-upon content in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. 

  1. Failure to Deliver

 If the Influencer fails to create and post the agreed content within the specified timeframe or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions:

  • Wyld Things reserves the right to request the return of the gifted items, at the Influencer’s expense.
  • The Influencer may be required to compensate the Brand for the retail value of the gifted products.
  • The Brand may terminate future collaborations and take legal action to recover damages for failure to fulfil the agreed-upon deliverables.
  1. Content Authenticity and Representation

The Influencer agrees to produce content that is honest and transparent. Misrepresentation of the Brand or its products, including making false claims, is strictly prohibited. Any posts should clearly disclose that the items were gifted by Wyld Things in accordance with local regulations and guidelines, such as FTC disclosure rules (e.g., using #ad, #gifted, or #sponsored as appropriate).

  1. Exclusivity Clause

The Influencer agrees not to promote competing clothing brands in the same posts for Wyld Things, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Termination of Agreement

Wyld Things reserves the right to terminate this collaboration at any time if the Influencer is found to have breached any of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in unethical behaviour, or damaged the Brand’s reputation. The Brand will provide written notice of termination, and any remaining obligations must be completed or resolved.

  1. Confidentiality

All details of this collaboration, including gifted items and upcoming releases, are to remain confidential unless otherwise authorized by Wyld Things. The Influencer may not share details of the agreement, gifted items, or any internal communications without prior written consent.

  1. Legal Compliance

The Influencer agrees to abide by all local laws and regulations governing content creation, influencer marketing, and product endorsements. This includes providing proper disclosure of gifted products and ensuring compliance with advertising standards in your region.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], and any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled in courts within this jurisdiction.

  1. Modification of Terms

Wyld Things reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Influencer will be notified of any significant changes and will be required to agree to the updated terms before continuing any future collaboration.

By accepting and ordering gifted products from Wyld Things, the Influencer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
